Jeremy van Doorn is the Senior Director of Pre-Sales for the Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) Division in the EMEA region.

Solely responsible for the technical go-to-market strategy of the VMware SDDC Division within EMEA. Jeremy leads the team of pre-sales specialists that educate customers and partners on the benefits and possibilities of VMware’s Data Center Solutions, including VMware vRealize, VMware vSAN, VMware NSX, VMware AppDefense, and VMware SD-WAN.

Jeremy possesses over twenty years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining VMware in June 2004, Jeremy worked as an Internet Security Engineer at British Telecom (Syntegra), advising customers on Intranet and Internet security and the optimization of international and intercontinental connectivity.

Jeremy studied at the International School of Economics in Rotterdam (ISER) and the Small Business School in Haarlem. He holds certifications for VMware, CheckPoint, Cisco, Packeteer, Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, and Novell.

A highly motivated tenacious leader, who consistently over-delivers on results. Jeremy is married with a young daughter and lives in the Netherlands. When time permits, he loves to travel with his family and participate in sports.
